Welcome to the Construction Zone.  Here you will be able to retrieve the necessary Construction Approval Form (UE-1) or Supplement to UE-1, which needs to be completed in order to proceed or continue with a construction project within your department.  Submit a UE-1 for each building or room. Do NOT submit multiple buildings or rooms on a single UE-1. If a UE-1 has been placed on hold (variety of reasons such as insufficient funding, account discrepancy, redefined scope of work, estimate only now requiring action) please submit the Supplemental UE-1.  UE-1 stands for "University Engineering", the name retained because the form is submitted to the University Engineer.
